As Compliance Director for a large regional Independent Financial Advisory firm based in the NorthWest, I am passionate about putting the client at the centre of everything we do. We have held corporate Chartered status for many years, and recently retained our Investors In People Gold accreditation (having been the first financial services firm in the UK to achieve this). We focus on professionalism, excellence, strong mutual business partnerships and creative business thinking.Our service portfolio comprises; wealth management; pensions and retirement planning; mortgages and protection planning; tax planning and corporate/business planning and advice. We also provide specialist services such as pre-retirement workshops and care fees planning.Our ethos and culture is one of providing good quality advice in a clear, easy to understand format. I lead my team to train, coach and develop the 23 advisers we have to reach their professional and personal goals. As part of the leadership team, and sitting on the Board of Directors, my goal is to provide and refine process and structure within our regulatory framework to create a successful and forward thinking business.
