I am an experienced and motivational corporate trainer /facilitator and global project manager adept at helping individuals and organizations achieve goals and objectives by bringing cross-cultural organizations together in order to deliver successful business outcomes. I thrive at building relationships quickly, forging teams, and coaching and mentoring team members. As a trainer and project manager, I employ my strong communication and interpersonal skills to break down complex issues and provide information in a way that is useful and meaningful to the teams and their responsibilities. I am currently working as a contractor/consultant under the umbrella of HMack consulting. Prior to that role, I retired as Assistant Executive Director for the American Neurological Association ( ANA). In that position, I employed my management skills working with the Executive Board, ANA committees, and ANA staff. I have managed IT projects which have enhanced the client's website and user experience, introduced revenue-generating programs, and mentored less experienced staff members. Previously I worked for IBM, managing an SAP system and leading a support team in the areas of integrated support and continuous process improvement. I also founded my own business which provided a wide range of training workshops for organizations, engaging diverse audiences by customizing presentations and styles based on specific audience needs.
