Continuous communication with BEE driver, company contracted to the company for the delivery & collection of local hires.~Day-to-Day management of staff; Fleet Controllers, Buyer and Stores staff.~Drawing up and negotiating Service Level Agreements with critical suppliers together with the National Buyer.~Drawing up and communicating departmental standard operating procedures.~Compilation of Monthly Management Reporting which is done in the form of graphs and scorecards and reporting on any figures that may be out of line.~Departmental Budget compilation and day to day expense management in order to ensure compliancy.~Together with the National buyer, manage stock levels in the stores and additional spare parts.~Manage the distribution of spare parts to the various depots/branches.~Manage quarterly stock taking of all spare parts and the valuation there of.~Various authorizing functions; invoices for payment, purchase orders above the buyer’s procurement level etc.~Licensing and registration of road worthy machines – ensuring that licenses are renewed, new plant is registered and licensed and scrapped and sold machines deregistered.
