In March 2023 I left my employed role in local government and left my sole trader hat behind to go self-employed full-time. I took a leap of faith and formed HLM Coaching and Training LIMITED.I continue to work with clients across the private, public and third sectors providing a bespoke and personal service tailored to meet their needs. The aim being to improve organisation, team and individual performance at both strategic and operational levels.
