I feel incredibly lucky to love my job and to be passionately committed to helping people have better lives as well as having a positive impact on communities, society and the economy. I lead a great team at Good Things Foundation and work in close collaboration with the CEO and team at Good Things Foundation Australia (that I established in 2016). My goal is to support millions of people to benefit from the online world - through basic digital skills, and access to free or affordable devices and connectivity. We must harness technology to drive better services and better lives, we must not leave anyone behind.My 30 year career to date includes working in the public, private, charity, and academic sectors - creating and leading internet-based organisations delivering systems change at scale. Working with business and national Governments, as well as working closely with community organisations and tiny charities. Listening and learning as well as leading.I'm also the Chair of environmental charity Subak, and I'm on on the Money and Pension Services’ Board Advisory Group.
