Service Provider Voice Systems Marketing.Led “Vonage-like” SIP-proxy/registrar (based upon dynamicsoft acquisition products) solution with network-based, line-side multi-media subscriber features (e.g. Find Me/Follow Me, Subscriber Awareness) from business commit through complete business cycle, writing Solution Requirements Document (SRD), developing customer pipeline, ROI model, solution roadmap and upgrade/maintenance strategy. Challenges included cultivating a geographically dispersed “acquired” engineering team, developing a portfolio pricing strategy, product and solution licensing, country regulations around Lawful intercept and emergency services, OS and product software installation tools, subscriber provisioning tool, and negotiating vendor and legal relationships for hardware, software OS, database, voicemail, billing/management components. Successfully worked with Cisco division Linksys for CPE (ATAs, IP phones, Video Phones, WiFi) products to include in solution.
