Created solution overview VODs for both service providers and enterprise customers. First Intercompany TelePresence call between Cisco and BT in October 2007, Cisco and Wal-mart, FedEx, etc. in November 2007.

Service Provider Voice Systems Marketing.Led “Vonage-like” SIP-proxy/registrar (based upon dynamicsoft acquisition products) solution with network-based, line-side multi-media subscriber features (e.g. Find Me/Follow Me, Subscriber Awareness) from business commit through complete business cycle, writing Solution Requirements Document (SRD), developing customer pipeline, ROI model, solution roadmap and upgrade/maintenance strategy. Challenges included cultivating a geographically dispersed “acquired” engineering team, developing a portfolio pricing strategy, product and solution licensing, country regulations around Lawful intercept and emergency services, OS and product software installation tools, subscriber provisioning tool, and negotiating vendor and legal relationships for hardware, software OS, database, voicemail, billing/management components. Successfully worked with Cisco division Linksys for CPE (ATAs, IP phones, Video Phones, WiFi) products to include in solution.

Provided technical design, systems and product market positioning, white papers, design papers, technical instruction, et. al. to service provider customers, global sales force, and marketing product managers.Supported solutions for SS7 Interconnect for Voice Gateways and Access Servers, including the class 4 softswitch interfacing SS7 & ISDN PSTNs, H.323 and SIP IP networks, Signaling Link Terminals, and IOS access gateways. Worked with team to develop the Business Voice Solution: an end-to-end system to provide SP hosted/managed business voice/data services to SMB and Enterprise customers comprising Cisco softswitch, IP PBX, CPEs, and 3rd party vendors for billing, voicemail, etc. Initial member of voice quality initiative, including instrumentation and diagnostics requirements termination, consultation/teaching to customers and global sales force.
