• Lead and drive the successful delivery of all back office and front office services in Storagecraft EMEA. • Champion the continual improvement of services provided and cost control to increase efficiency, and to lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the service/optimise cost to increase value.• Provide day to day leadership and management guidance which incorporates the mission and core values of the company. • Responsible for driving the company to achieve the Operational goals and objectives • Develop and implement growth strategies for the business in conjunction with the VP Sales. • Ensure that the company has the proper operational control and administrative and reporting procedures to meet operational and financial targets. In-depth involvement with FPA group in budgeting and forecasting process for international business.• Improve corporate tools, structures and processes in a cooperative dialogue. • Manage all finance activities• Ensure legal, regulatory and tax compliance for each international region in which the business operates• Brief the Board of Directors on business developments and high priority items which require prompt resolutions

•Head up the day to day financial activities including: financial strategy, analysis of the books, reporting back to management on the state of the finances, forecasting, monitoring cash flow, producing accounts, setting and checking targets, monitoring the performance of each department, auditing and overseeing all regulatory/ compliance issues. •Advance a series of process and system improvements to improve the capacity of the existing team.•Liaise with US, EU and Singapore based auditors in relation to annual audit and tax liabilities in several jurisdictions in US, Europe and Asia. •Implement new procedures for managing new and changing revenue streams such as Software as a Service and other potential changes. •Manage pricing for the Company. •Develop reports to monitor (i) client profitability (ii) channel profitability and (iii) contribution by sales person & other reports as needed. •Liaise with various other external advisors in different tax jurisdictions/countries to ensure ongoing compliance. •Internal reporting of business unit performance against budget. •KPI development to measure performance and also to facilitate the preparation of annual budgets forecasts.•Liaise with CFO to develop foreign exchange strategy to maximise the use of cash resources.

•Responsible for the development, engagement and supervision of the Finance Team in a shared service environment.•Responsible for leading and finalising the preparation of monthly management accounts for EMEA region to agreed timeframes.•Preparation of statutory accounts, accompanying notes & lead schedules for own countries and consolidated group •Liaise with all regional directors on their budget spending and revenue, providing detailed commentary on variances and addressing over /under runs.

•Develop business plan, hotel and departmental budgets and objectives with consistent monitoring to ensure no unexplained deviations.•Provides proactive administrative support to management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance•In depth analysis of all expenditure with detailed explanations of any variation from forecast and budget•Enforce, document and establish adequate controls for all revenues and expenses•Production of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts to regional and worldwide offices for consolidation.

•Prepare management accounts for monthly & quarterly reporting purposes. •Work closely with sales, sales operations and legal to ensure proper compliance with revenue recognition guidelines•Assist sales operations with deal structuring, approve certain non-standard terms and become a business partner to sales•Implement, Manage and maintain IT systems across the Company. •Manage working capital funding requirements for European Offices•Multi currency bank account management for different entitiesAs Sarbanes Oxley Manager for EMEA and Asia Pac:•Work with business process owners to create/implement /maintain/update required process documentation – narrative, control matrices and flowcharts. •Communicate identified control weaknesses to senior management and prioritize the remediation of control weaknesses by financial risk. •Develop test plans and testing of the company's internal control environment to ascertain the operating effectiveness of documented controls in achieving control objectives. •Monitor changes to the company’s process documentation including changes to documented processes and controls and continued risk monitoring.•Assess the impact of new guidance pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley on the company.
