• Founder of Malaysia’s first independent education consultancy;• Extensively researched international schooling options in Malaysia, including personally visiting over 40 school campuses; • Supported both expat & local families through the school shortlisting, selection and admissions processes (with a focus on international schooling K-12); • Wrote about international education & schooling issues for a wide range of online & print publications, including HappyGoKL (lifestyle website) ExpatGo, The Expat & The Star (newspaper);• Developed & delivered training for international school admissions & marketing teams; • Developed and delivered presentations & workshops about international education options in Malaysia to non-profit community groups, large corporations, relocation companies & more

- Led a team of 12 part and full-time English teachers;- Oversaw the learning of English Language & Literature for approximately 800 students; - Our team achieved 99.6% A*-C rate for IGCSE English Literature, 100% A*-C for IGCSE English First Language with an inclusive cohort of 150 students - the highest rates in recent history;- Redeveloped all Key Stage 3 English curriculum and assessment procedures;- Led the introduction of an Understanding by Design curriculum framework in the GIS Secondary School, and completed a significant amount of Year 7-13 Secondary English curriculum mapping work; - Successfully introduced collaborative planning processes to a large, diverse team; - Developed and introduced a new literacy-focused 'Language pathway' IGCSE programme; - Planned and led a range of English-related workshops for parents within the GIS school community; - Organised and led a successful international A Level English Literature FOBISIA 'JAWS' event;- Taught Year 7-12 English.
