Lead a small 'start-up' team within the UK organisation to plan and implement the first ever Red Nose Day in the United States in 2015. The campaign raised over $23m for children living in poverty in both the USA and some of the world's poorest communities.Developed and delivered the strategy for the second campaign, including the recruitment of a core team in the USA to establish the charity and ensure the longevity of the property in the US.Responsibilities spanned all areas of operations including: budget management, project planning, logistics, legal, finance, HR and governance.
