I live and breathe retail. I had my first retail job when I was 14, working in the women's department of the local Bi-way store. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working in many inspiring and challenging workplaces, and had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people.What I love most about retail is the people. I know everyone says that, but working in retail takes a special kind of person. I love building relationships with the regular customers, but also enjoy meeting a newcomer to the store, and having the chance at creating a relationship that brings them back again. I thrive on building a successful team. I like to work through a problem and create a positive outcome. These are all things I get to do on the daily basis when I work in retail.
