Continuing to lead the DEI platform, initiatives, outreach, and health/racial equity efforts with dynamic colleagues at SAMC and Trinity Health. Advocacy at SAMC will allow for outreach on behalf of leaders, board members, colleagues, and community members to advance legislative and regulatory priorities at local/state/federal levels. All to improve the unique health care needs of each individual community member as SAMC. I will work closely with SAMC leadership, board members, Trinity Health Advocacy leadership and Advocacy Liaisons on strategic plans and engage with state hospital/health care associations.
