Managing a team of recruitment / screening officers and administrators, ensuring establishment figures are accurate and proactive recruitment solutions maintain actual staffing levels to establishment requirements across 15 locations. Implemented establishment spreadsheet to identify vacancies and critical recruitment areas. During 2008 reduced vacancy levels from 240 to 40 whilst increasing establishment to cater for the opening of Heathrow T5 and the increase in capacity within the Manchester Short Term Holding Facility. My role involved managing the recruitment processes across the 26 cleaning and catering locations and running the head office recruitment and screening function. Reviewing process and policies and ensuring compliance at locations with both recruitment and local airport specific security legislation.Supporting Station Managers with recruitment and retention strategies and ensuring the head office support function continually met the needs of the business.
