For centuries, corporate wizards, revolutionaries and teachers have intuitively predicted global trends, changed cultural opinion and managed crowds. The challenge has been that there is no language or intellectual framework to discuss, critique or what they do. It all happens intuitively. Its largely been the sole playground of the one or two charismatic leaders. The technology of lexion (a term re-introduced by Helen) means we have a language to work with it collectively.Resting on the theories of Plato, the lexion is ‘seen’ within the inner landscape of consciousness. Using meditation based techniques, practitioners align their consciousness with the spirit of the organization and by ‘being present with’ the lexion, the spirit of the group is revealed. The qualities of the lexion are experienced as sensations within the mind. Practitioners align with the more emanated levels of the elexion (organizational culture). Over time the Lexion (the organizational heart) and the Lex (Archetypal essence) are revealed. By seeing the lexion, it begins to see itself and a natural realignment occurs. The spirit of the group awakens, it recognizes itself and remembers its true nature.Helen's work has two streams. How do organizations remain aligned with their essential goodness or archetype and how do we interact with land in a way that brings life?. Helen's connection to land came from her childhood on a farm in Central Western NSW. She has an undergraduate degree in Systems Agriculture, majoring in environmental community development, experience working with Landcare, Greening Australia and Catchment Management. More recently Helen has practiced and studied consciousness with individuals and groups in Australia, the United States and Europe. Helen has extensive experience including a Doctorate exploring the spirit of material phenomenon. She has written on the spirit of organizations, the spirit of place and organizational integrity.
