I have worked at a senior level in Advertising, Television and Immersive VFX production and post production for over 30 years in London. I have managed award winning creative and production teams globally and gained operational experience in New York and Los Angeles. I have successfully led significant business development opportunities in China. These multi million pound projects were delivered by teams personally managed by me and have since gone on to win prestigious awards - including VES and Theas.In my earlier career, I produced numerous high end VFX projects and won multiple awards including 3 VES, 5 BTAs and 2 D&ADs, working continuously with some of the worlds top directors and advertising agencies.Between 2012 and 2019, I undertook strategic, operational and business development responsibilities globally for Framestore. In the US, I was initially involved in aligning the 3 offices technically in a common global VFX pipeline. I was also heavily involved in staffing structures across the 3 offices, aiding communications as increasingly complex VFX projects were shared on fast production turnarounds. From 2015 onwards, I developed two new teams, including Immersive Rides team winning projects in China and the US, expanding this area into a multi million pound business. I also relaunched the television team which grew into the extremely successful Episodic division. I have also been successful at building artist and production teams from the ground up as well as head hunting high calibre talent for executive and senior roles within Framestore as it continued to grow at a rapid pace. In 2020, I retired from Framestore and took a year's gardening leave. In 2021, I was persuaded to join a small start up owned by The Quarry and Whitehousepost. I am now back concentrating on team building, growth, production and advertising.
