Since joining Post Road Equipment Finance in November 2018 as employee No. 7, I witnessed and supported Post Road’s remarkable growth from a start up to a mature firm that executed on multiple private and public securitizations and a successful sale to current owner Benefit Street Partners. Over the years, I have underwritten many single B/triple CCC credits across numerous industries, developing increased expertise in manufacturing, auto, and aerospace sectors, and earning accolades from colleagues and customers as a “star deal closer.” Today, I continue to underwrite highly complex transactions, collaborate with legal, operations and customers in documentation negotiation, and oversee subsequent portfolio management. Launched in June 2017, Post Road Equipment Finance provides loans and leases ranging in size from $5 million to $75 million secured by essential-use equipment. The platform provides financing to both privately owned (sponsor and non-sponsor) and publicly traded companies across a wide range of collateral types and industries (including, but not limited to, construction, distribution, energy, food processing, health care, information technology, manufacturing, mining, paper & packaging, and transportation).EEF is a portfolio company of Benefit Street Partners (~$40B AUM), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton (~$1.5 trillion AUM).

Provided analyses and forecasts of the US electric power industry and associated commodities (gas, coal, oil).• Advised underwriting teams on electricity price and generation forecasts for 26 thermal and renewables plants in the US power markets. Explain the underlying supply-demand dynamic and assumptions (e.g. pipeline buildout) that impact the projections. Reviewed external market consultant studies, and articulated drivers of differences in energy and capacity prices forecasts. • Lead author for the 2016 and 2017 EFS US Power Market Outlook. These reports explained Investment Strategy (IS) long-term forecasts for the US Power Market, and benchmark assumptions, methodologies, and results against external forecasters.• Received CEO Award for effectively guiding the team through challenging audits, despite multiple, often conflicting, priorities.

Direct report, acting “lieutenant” for SVP, Economic Capital (E-Cap) & Regulatory Capital (R-Cap) leader for GE Capital Americas (“GECA” - $100B+ assets). Since August 2015, also deployed as a technical writer in major model development projects for GECC.• Performed leverage assessment for $20B+ New Product Introductions and Business Development initiatives to quantify their potential for unexpected losses. Articulated modeling approach, sources of risks, and leverage decisions to senior management. • Responsible for E-Cap release analysis for entire $100B GECA divestitures, including providing historical equity to external auditors for required closing financials, and quantifying capital impact of mark-to-market impairment for held-for-sale businesses. • Lead quarterly E-Cap reporting and management equity forecast. Expanded E-Cap reporting from quarterly to monthly rhythm per GECA CRO request. Streamlined process resulting in reduced effort per report from 230 hours to 8 hours.• Developed E-Cap limits for 2015 Risk Appetite Statement. Presented rationale to, and gained buy-in from, GECA Capital Management and Enterprise Risk & Analytics Leaders. • As a technical writer, authored and presented testing and ongoing monitoring components of key $16B Energy Financial Services business valuation model. Performed back-testing of key input in response to Model Risk Management (MRM) challenge. Documentation met SR11-7 and GECC Model Governance Standards. The model received “Full Pass” MRM rating.• Analyzed and documented management adjustment around syndicated loans’ refinance risk for 2014 Mid-Year CCAR/Stress Testing.

Oversaw $200MM in IT and HR budgets. Accountable for monthly close and annual planning. • Prepared and interpreted variance between actual financial results and forecasts. Presented findings to IT directors and recommended actions. Implementation of recommendations resulted in $13MM favorable budget variance in FY13. • Eliminated 1,600 hours of annual finance review and 9,000 days from Purchase Order (PO) total cycle time. Reduced total number of finance approvers per PO from five to two. • Transitioned IT from single-year to multi-year POs, saving up to 1,300 hours of paperwork annually from processing routine purchases.• Supervised two finance professionals in India. Responsible for training, task supervision and performance review. • Coordinated and developed $50MM annual operating plan for Risk function for FY14.• Executed monthly closing activities for IT, HR, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, which account for 600MM in annual expense, to ensure integrity and accuracy in all six groups’ results.

Independently serviced a portfolio of $1.5B commercial loans for Sponsor Finance, Healthcare, Corporate Finance and Franchise businesses.• Executed wing-to-wing administrative duties for GECC as agent, collateral manager, or syndication participant in diverse asset based and cash flow loans. Invoiced and distributed payments to/from customers and lenders per waterfall specified in the credit agreements. Maintained records of payments and balances. • Interacted with customer CFOs and controllers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Received numerous accolades from customers. • For non-performing accounts, deferred or recognized revenue and expense per US GAAP. Helped account managers recover $100MM on distressed debt by diligently monitoring customers’ assets values. • One of four, out of 100+ associates, selected to participate in pilot program that prepared participants for supervisory roles in operations.• Facilitated user feedback of major project involving the design, testing and production of deal history platform for $3B Merrill Lynch acquisition.
