A Non Smoking Generation is a non-profit foundation working for tobacco free children and a tobacco free society. Tobacco kills more than 8 million people each year. More than 7 million of those deaths are the result of direct tobacco use while around 1.2 million are the result of non-smokers being exposed to second-hand smoke. 9 out of 10 tobacco users started smoking or using smoke free tobacco as teens or even earlier. If we can prevent the tobacco industry from recruiting our children as nicotine addicts it will be possible to achieve a tobacco free and sustainable future.

A story telling concept to preserve good values and close down the business in a honourable way.• Boomerang – Internal and external brand development, development and launch of new business concept based on recycling. Promotional strategy.• Lotus Travel – internal brand audit and action plan for improving the internal communications and corporate culture.

Managing strategic change, shifting from dual brand (Europolitan/Vodafone) to single brand (Vodafone). Responsibilities and achievements:• Coaching CEO and the management team in internal communication and corporate culture issues.• Initiated a comprehensive communication plan and implemented balanced scorecard throughout the Swedish organization.• Responsible for the launch and implementation of a new commercial organization.• Worked closely and coordinated Business Development, Quality Assurance Department (process management), Marketing, PR/Internal Information and HR.• Reported to the Managing Director, Member of Executive Board.

Business development and value-based leadership. Selected assignments:• Ki Consulting & Solutions – Coaching the business area manager and his management team in communication and strategic change. Developed new business concepts and implemented a new brand platform.• RRV - International audit assignments - Adviser to the Head of International assignments, in the process of designing a new organization for international audit assignments.• Star of Hope - Implementation of Internet Sponsorship – A strategy for implementing an Internet-based sponsorship program in Manila, Philippines. Identified local conditions and capacity requirements. The assignment was carried out on a volunteer basis.• Telia Future Operations – Coaching the new CEO and management team in business innovation and corporate culture development. Improving the financial performance with 30 MSEK in less than a year.• Telia Internet - Developing and implementing an Internet-based customer service to better and more quickly serve customers. The work resulted in improved customer satisfaction and financial performance.
