Trace Services is a family-owned business that my father, Ray Testa, started in 1984. I grew up in the industry. I started my career as a data entry clerk; upon completing my college degree, I earned the human resources generalist position and became the director of HR. My father instilled the value of hard work in all of us, and today I manage the company alongside my brother Dan Testa, who manages our projects and start-ups. I've been blessed to have this fantastic opportunity and the gift of working with my siblings and my father until his passing.For over 30 years, Trace Services has provided essential services to the Utility Industry.
