Working as a student ambassador alongside my studies. Assisting in university open days by delivering campus tours and answering questions of incoming undergraduate students. Also working in a more regular role for the Student Information Service (SIS), as a SIS ambassador I am placed at different information points across campus, answering questions of students and striving to provide excellent customer service

Working within a team to ensure a smooth and organised transition for students leaving their accomodation and prepare for the intake of new students in a week.

I worked in one of H&M's flagship stores in Manchester city centre while completing my A-level studies and decided to continue my role as sales assistant by transferring to H&M White Rose (Leeds) in my move to university.

Joining the company in the opening period demonstrated challenge and commitment to develop a positive reputation and relationship with customers. Worked over the busy Christmas and New Year period
