A temporary task force to respond to damage claims related to COVID travel cancellations• Analysed claim cases and made reimbursement decisions/settlements to up to 10.000CHF.

Accomplished three key aspects during my placement: • Designed two rooms as part of an open space pilot project at Nürnberger Versicherung and presented it to a panel of company executives. • Researched and documented on bio-philic design and the meaning of 'creativity'. • Assisted in the project design process by engaging experts, photo editing, AutoCADs, etc.

Graduation project: Design of an upcycled backpack for the BROMPTON bike • Collaborated with Mnmur, an Italian start-up that makes accessories from reused bicycle tires, to develop a solution for a backpack that fits on a BROMPTON bicycle frame. • Researched the technical and aesthetic feasibility of a secure and practical bag-to-bike system and explored the utilisation of upcycled material. • Designed and successfully developed a final prototype, from ideation to production, involving user research, sketching, sewing, 3D printing.

Headquarter Amsterdam, German division. • Writing of synoptic program information for German, Austrian and Swiss TV and VOD programs. • Researched and created new, partly urgent incoming program content

• Designed visual elements and patterns with Adobe Illustrator for the surface coating of decorative interior parts for the automotive sector.
