Marketing Coordinator
Current• Manages a $500,000 budget, processes all paperwork associated with departmental purchases, and recommends how to allocate funds for marketing campaigns across all museum properties and activities• Collaborates with Head of Marketing and designers to facilitate the creation and routing of all advertisements• Serves as the system administrator for the Basecamp computer program used by museum staff to collaborate on marketing projects, campaigns, and publications, including The Ringling Magazine • Compiles and analyzes advertising, admissions, and web data to determine effective marketing methods• Acts as the primary liaison to vendors by meeting with sales representatives, obtaining quotes, submitting contracts, and actualizing marketing plans
