- Manages a $500,000 budget, processes all paperwork associated with departmental purchases, and recommends how to allocate funds for marketing campaigns across all museum properties and activities
- Collaborates with Head of Marketing and designers to facilitate the creation and routing of all advertisements
- Serves as the system administrator for the Basecamp computer program used by museum staff to collaborate on marketing projects, campaigns, and publications, including The Ringling Magazine
- Compiles and analyzes advertising, admissions, and web data to determine effective marketing methods
- Acts as the primary liaison to vendors by meeting with sales representatives, obtaining quotes, submitting contracts, and actualizing marketing plans
