I was the Group CFO and co-CEO for 5 groups of 11 companies and 2 foundations, that include a B2B provider and 3 B2C operators, including a South African licensed and regulated entity (www.lotto247.com, www.playhugelottos.com, www.lotto247.co.za).I established the group's formalised finance function in 2018 and built a team from the ground up, spanning 5 jurisdictions and 8 active corporate entities. I installed a gaming platform to IFRS AFS financial accounting system, profit-to-cash reconciliation and cash resource management processes, and a legal framework for contract negotiation and maintenance.In 2021, I lead the establishment of an Isle of Man the group and was the co-lead that acquired the operator gaming licence, as well as the successful migration from Curacao in June 2022.
