At Dentsu Aegis Network I was the head of digital department of all DAN agencies in Estonia. I was managing the team and building DAN digital department. In addition I was responsible for digital media strategy for DAN key clients - Telia Eesti and IPF Digital Estonia.

I worked as marketing manager with the brand Zave. Zave is application to browse different merchants offers in one webpage/app. My responsibilities were Zave branding and marketing strategy in Baltic countries and tactical marketing activities in Estonia.

Eesti Telekom is Estonia's biggest telecommunication company offering both residential and business customers a wide range of integrated mobile, broadband, TV, and IT solutions, as well as valuable content.As the e-communication manager of the company my responsibilities were:- developing and implementing Eesti Telekom's e-communication strategy, planning and observing marketing budgets- developing and analyzing Eesti Telekom's marketing campaigns together with marketing team, creative and media agencies- managing and implementing direct communication in Eesti Telekom's internal channels- analyzing campaigns’ effectiveness and profitability- developing and improving Eesti Telekom's internal e-channels together with IT Department, e-channel’s team and IT partners.
