As the Head of Training at DoorLoop, I form part of a team of onboarding specialists who provide tailored training plans for diverse customer accounts with both residential and commercial properties. I also lead all the training for this team’s new hires as well as continued learning. With my Apple Certified Trainer credential and my record of success in the technology field, I design and execute comprehensive training curricula that optimize efficiency and align with industry best practices.I have over three years of experience in training program design and execution, spanning multiple regions and environments. I previously worked as a Training Lead at Argo AI, where I oversaw and managed multiple training programs for new hires in the United States and Germany. I also participated in the research and development of the Autopilot Engineering project at Tesla. Through these experiences, I honed my ability to adapt training methodologies to different cultural contexts and organizational landscapes. I am passionate about people development, process improvement, and data analysis, and I strive to foster collaboration and innovation in my work.
