It is my pleasure to promote enhanced mathematics instruction and student learning by helping teachers develop more effective mathematics teaching practices that allow all students to reach high standards as well as sharing research addressing how students learn mathematics. Responsibilities:- Implements instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are activelyengaged in meaningful mathematical learning experiences.- Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the studentswith varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs with grade level team to plan lessons and activities.- Provides a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engagedin the learning process.-Collaborates with grade level team to plan lessons and activities with the intent of enhancing the learning environment school wide.-Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and otherprofessionals on a regular basis.
