Experienced Geographic Information System Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Over 10 years of experience working with ESRI- as well as open-source software packages. I have a wide range of skills and experience including but not limited to cartography, spatial analysis, network analysis, data cleansing and maintenance.
