Sage needed some system in place which could help in tracking the candidate progress, followup status, accepted, rejected and sending the reports automatically to the different clients. A Business Intelligence platform for HR Domain had to be developed for them with different strategical operational reports, interactive dashboards, multi-tenancy, They have esteemed clients like Accenture, McAfee, Salesgenie, Jaspersoft etc. Softwares used by them are Maxhire and Ringcentral.Helical was involved in selection of proper BI tool meeting the clients need. Creation of different reports for indicative performance of souring team, recruitment team, company wise performance hiring status, recruitment manager. Many KPIs were shown like indicating the calls made per job posting, hired candidates, approached candidates, engagement report, declined, performance, accepted etc. Also the reports and dashboards were made to be drill down and drill through, thus providing, Clients and recruitment managers also had their own login ids and passwords to gauge and understand the work progress. Data security, multi-tenancy, report bursting, download report & dashboard, ability to print were some of the other features which were also implemented via custom coding. Entire BI application integration was done with their website, white-labeling of Jaspersoft BI suite according to Sage theme, fetching data via talend ETL

From this data they are providing intelligence to the clients. Using Jaspersoft Enterprise edition, we were involved in developing OpIntell (Operational Intelligence) for them.Our company Helical was involved in building different types of reports, dashboards, geographical dashboards, real time reports & dashboards for them. Operational reports, tactical reports and analytical reports were also provided. Analysis services were also provided.
