Planning And Development

Program management, business process and IT development.I worked as a program manager and business process developer related to pension insurance processes and service production. I focused on the pension processing process development and calculation system renewal projects (2009-) and from 2011 onwards on pension insurance process related developments. During the years 2013-2015 I worked as a program manager of 'Talous 2015' program which focuses on renewing groups’ financial services as well as software tools related to financials. The development work was carried in the outsourced environment and included a large amount of suppliers, internal stakeholders and integrated systems. The successful go-live of our ERP system was on January 2015 and several other systems were also implemented during the year 2015.My other duty as a development manager was to develop company’s requirements engineering process and practices. I have also done research related to topic of RE in the outsourced environment from the customer organization’s point of view in a co-operation with Aalto university.
