As a Chemical Engineer specialized in construction chemicals, I have served in significant positions such as R&D and Quality Control Manager, as well as Quality Assurance Director, and have been working with leading firms in the industry for over a decade. I am an expert in managing product design, quality control, and certification processes across a broad spectrum of products, from cement-based mortars to acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, and bitumen-based waterproofing materials, as well as restoration mortars and EPDM and polyaspartic-based coatings.In the field of construction chemicals production, I have developed innovative solutions for various product groups including ceramic adhesives, joint fillers, repair mortars, and self-leveling ready-mix screeds. I have also designed formulations for cement and epoxy-based products as well as polyurethane and polyurea-based hybrid materials, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.My significant contributions also include the synthesis of polycarboxylate, which has led to breakthroughs in transforming the resulting polymers into concrete additives.
