Conduction of IT support area for Brazil, Argentina and Chile, with a team comprised of 5 direct and 40 indirect employees, including the CSC (Shared Service Center) support team, Service Desk, Field Service, Print Outsourcing Brazil, Argentina and Chile, with annual budget estimated in MR$ 2,5 in Investments and MR$ 12 in Costs.Main responsibilities: Management of the group’s headquarter IT demands in South America, management of the support contracts (levels 1, 2 and 3), print outsourcing, maintenance of physical access equipments, Internet domains, hosting/cloud, software licensing, hardware contracts, workstations security and management of IT assets.Conduction of the information hub, with data analysis, creation and development of both reports and dashboards, integration of services and automation of management routines.Responsible for the infrastructure services management for cloud hosted by Locaweb, including service levels, cost ascertainment and administration, application of assessment criteria and capacity control, delivering and discussing information with the business units’ board of directors.Management of the users’ workplace technical platform, including management and automation tools, such as ServiceNow, Microsoft OneDrive + Office 365, videoconference, control of mobile devices MDM Mobile Iron, Skype for Business, Druva station backup, security updates, System Center Microsoft, among others.

IT responsible for servers hosted at IBM, adapting the governance model of the French headquarter to the business scenario in Brazil, Chile and Argentina. Migration of local applications to an external hosting service within IBM partner, including critical applications such as SAP.Responsible for the infrastructure services management for servers hosted by IBM, including service levels, cost ascertainment and administration, application of assessment criteria and capacity control, delivering and discussing information with the business units’ board of directors.Participation in the implementation of the IT shared service center, working as Service Delivery Manager between IT and business units´ board.Implantation of the governance model for telephony operations, based on ITIL.

Division of Saint-Gobain French group, with nearly 1300 employees and 27 units in South America.Conduction of the technology area, with annual budget estimated in MR$ 3 and 700 workstations, including the management of SAP infrastructure operations, telephone services, LAN/WAN/WLAN, IT user support, print outsourcing, server environment and datacenter, messages (electronic mail / Messenger), software licensing and hardware management, opening of new units and technological infrastructure governance.Responsible for establishing the technology integration process of the South America units (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela), with organization by projects, and implementation of a centralized datacenter and consolidation of servers.Implementation of outsourced telephone services, with about 17% cost reduction and update of the park / resources, including telephone line digitalization and pricing control.LAN network revitalization by the implementation of interconnected racks with optical fibers and Cisco switches, organization of structured network and downtime elimination, entailing performance to operations.Drafting of the infrastructure services reviewing the internal team’s role and outsourcing operational activities, establishment of management and control methodologies and strategic reports.

Responsible by IT services support for Brazil locations, including maintenance and lifecycle for servers environment.Act as project leader for large projects as e-mail implementation, servers consolidation and implementing a total control of IT software licences, reducing maintenance costs and keeping security controls updated.
