I was responsible for leading teams of products, designers and developers focusing on payment methods, interacting directly with the board in the development of new products for Picpay Business (B2B) users.Achievements- Led the planning and organization of the migration of B2B clients from Banco Original to Picpay. Responsible for analyzing the P&L of the products, development capacity, and technical feasibility analysis with the development teams.- Developed physical payment products for the B2B market, encompassing the definition of the target audience, pricing, commercial strategy, distribution network, and ways to scale the products with security and sustainability.
