My main focus was on C More SVOD service that was launched in 02/2017. In addition to C More I also worked closely with our AVOD Service, mtv.Key customer communication channel was email, but I would also like to point out Push messages and Facebook. Creation of CRM Marketing plans strongly belonged to my work role, but I worked with hands-on attitude with all CRM related campaigns. One of the key priorities was to make sure we were able to use Marketing Automation in all relevant occasions during Customer Lifecycle. I used Salesforce and Marketing Cloud tools on daily basis. DMP was the latest tool I started to use on my daily work.
