Event planning, budgeting and implementation

I was responsible for opening new offices and training staff. I designed and implemented marketing activities as well as organised fair stands and stakeholder events. I had fiscal responsibility through budgeting. I coordinated the recruitments and other activities of the driving school in the capitol area and acted as the manager for the staff. In two years, we grew our business from nine offices to 23 offices around the country.

I planned and organized a variety of different kind of sport events in the area. I developed and produced the association’s sport services for both children and adults. I was responsible for staff recruitment and acted as manager for them. As the manager, I acted as the liaison in the association’s stakeholder relations with cities, municipalities and other stakeholders. I was responsible for the financial managements and organizational development as well as external and internal communications.

I designed and organized sport services in and around the Finland Proper area. I also planned and organized events such as a day-long event for 11 0000 kindergarteners and a national Lady Baseball tournament. I also coordinated EU projects and designed marketing activities and acted as a manager for staff.
