As a Principal Recruitment Advisor I consult and guide our clients with the right set of services and the necessary expertise to find the right solution. I also offer my guidance for other Experis Recruitment Consultants.Accreditations and certifications- Hogan Leadership Assessment- SHL assessment tools for occupational personality, motivation (OPQ, MQ) and for the ability tests (Verify)- AON (Cut-e). The authorisation covers the following tools: Scales Ability tests, Shapes personality tests, Views motivation and values questionnaire and Squares integrity test - Right Management Career 20/20 and RightChoice –concepts including the Birkman First Look -assessment

Since 2005 I have worked within ManpowerGroup, first as a Personnel Consultant focusing on staffing and all kind of HR tasks. In 2008 I joined ManpowerGroup’s Key Account organization and was responsible for all the recruitments of some ManpowerGroup’s key clients. Since 2012 I have been working as a Senior Consultant for Manpower and Experis brands. My assignments have ranged from assistants to top management and covered a variety of industries. Besides my Senior Consultant role, I have worked as a Career Coach within Outplacement Programs several years and made Talent Assessments (SHL, Birkman).

I was working in the biggest language training company of Finland. I was responsible for my clients' training course planning and organizational issues. My tasks also included customer care of the overall development along with Key Account Managers. My last 3 years in AAC Global I worked as a Head Coordinator. I was responsible for the process development in language training team and participated in development projects (for example recruiting, orientation, development discussions and customer satisfaction). I also was part of the management team of the Training Unit and worked as a Team Leader during my supervisor's maternity leave. My first years in AAC Global I was working as a Training Assistant and Training Coordinator.
