Procuritas is a Swedish Private Equity fund, focusing on Nordic companies in the mid-market segment. For 30-plus years we have been building close partnerships with entrepreneurs and founders, helping them grow their companies at a pace that often far surpasses their expectations.

Mitt Alby was established in 2013 and I helped the management team with administration and an online project during the start-up period. I built the first website in WordPress and project lead and executed the migration to a new website hosted by Vitec Web.

Development of company's external and internal websites as regards functionalities in back- and front-end, content, design etc. Migration of the contents to new plattforms. Training in the content administration tools. Change management. Content update. Support of content owners.

Accesspaper was planned to be an online market place for pulp, paper and packaging products. During the eight months the company was active my main tasks were investor relations, building up the company's head office in Stockholm, participation in the development of the company's web site, arranging the company's participation in various trade fairs and to actively participate in administrative duties in connection with the exit and the hand over of the company to the new owners. The exit took place in August 2000.

I worked as PA for Mikael Ahlström and Hans Karlander being responsible for a wide range of tasks such as assisting in the fund-raising, meeting arrangements, conferences, creating the 2nd version of the home page www.procuritas.com which is today redesigned, establishing an Access contact database etc.Visit http://www.procuritas.com

I worked as PA to the Group CEO Håkan Bryngelson and the management. In addition to the traditional secretarial tasks I supported in the financial reporting, was responsible for the administration of trademarks, registration and change management of the company details in Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies' registration office), supporting the subsidiary in Madrid in arens with the Spanish Embassy in Stockholm thanks to my skills in Spanish language etc. In July 1993 the company was sold to the private equity fond Procuritas MBO Invest Consortium (PMIC).

Wallenberg Insitute is SEB’s management education institute. I was responsible for the practical arrangements of the one-year long training and the re-unions of the previous years participants.
