Creating Work Order in Fieldglass according to their mapped projects and onboarding of resources to the projects without any delays and guide them to connect with client managers. Ensure that onboarding is completed and resource is able to work in the project.Creating projects in MS Dynamics and setting up the milestones as per SOW for invoicing.Responsible for the project allocation of the resources and reducing the Non-billable allocation to increase the project GM percentage. Timesheet follow up and management. Ensuring that all resources timesheets are invoiced every week to process revenue.Working with respective Project managers and maintaining project roster every month.Responsible for T&M and FP revenue calculations and sharing the accruals with finance team.Calculating cost case for the project and working with the managers to improve GM. Tracking milestones completion for each project and submission of milestones in FG.Analyzing non-billable resources list and sharing the dashboard with managers weekly.Creating Invoice proposal in MS Dynamics for T&M and FP projects.Responsible for project closure and project extension in MS Dynamics based on SOW signoff and extension in field glass system.Responsible for project off boarding of the resources and WO closure in FG.Creation of requisition IDs in success factor tool for new and replacement positions and participation in TA call to understand business requirements.Responsible for client assets and ensuring that resource submits the client laptop and accessories on time and getting no due from client.Responsible for the interview panel availability and sharing the slots with TA team.

Support PMO with reporting activities including gathering, compiling and summarizing project, program, portfolio status & progress reports for all PMO tracked projects.Facilitate communications between project teams, management and stakeholders.Creation of Project Numbers to allocate the client associates and to work with revenue and profits.Supporting Project Management team which includes Work Order Number Creation, Customer and Segment Corrections, Budgeting, Timesheet Approvals, Milestone defining, Billing and Invoice delivery.Handling Foreseeable loss and Unutilized cost budget in the project and driving through profit.Analyzing outstanding report and providing the data to the management and clearing the outstanding bucket.Determining financial requirements including budgeting resource allocation.Documenting the project progress, ensure work meets quality standards, adjusting as needed and make sure it falls within established budgets.Worked on Project Resource Management system to allocate the people according to their skills.Handling calls with associates to place them in project according to their skills and domain.
