My primary tasks is it-strategy, outsourcing, procurement, tender specification - private and public (EU-tender procedure), project management and coaching. I work both in the private and public sector.

My primary tasks was to edit contracts to match the sold services to the client. Alongside I was responsible for carrying out a procurement tender for getting an ERP-system containing functionality for economic, customer relation management and contract engagement. I was the main responsible for working out tender material (contract and appendences) and carrying out the elimination of tenders in a broad field of competitors.

I have worked with Business Strategy, IT- and sourcing strategy. Based on the Strategies I have been involved in different assignments afterwards e.g. carrying out outsourcing tenders for IT production, IT development, support and maintenance or procurement for IT-systems. Following those activities I have been involved in implementation of the solution provided e.g. as a project or transformation manager.I have also worked with process improvement e.g. designing and implementation of new processes including responsibility for tailoring the organisation (competences, numbers, responsibility) and implementation of the changes. When the solution have been put into day to day activities I have been involved in steering committee meeting to follow up on the benefit realization. I have also carried out sales work e.g. customer calls, writing tenders, participated in sales meeting etc. A part of my responsibilities was to give training to other colleagues in our outsourcing concept and EU Tender process and I have been speaker on several different conferences for IDG and Dansk IT. I have worked as “Manager for hire” for IT-production and Contract Management. I worked in both private and public sector.

I was manager for 8 Account Managers and responsible for ad on sales for existing customers and participated in sales activities for new customers. One of my main tasks was to improve the relation between the company and the customers and make sure that we delivered existing and new services at time and the right quality. I also acted as mediator for colleagues if there was difficulties in the cooperation. During my time in DMdata I worked with improvement and implementation of processes.

I started as a transition manager for brining Aalborg Portlands it-department into Responsors after Aalborg Portland and Responsor had signed an outsourcing contract. The transformation was in the beginning aimed for the it-installation but was very quick expanded to include the people and company processes too. I got at the same time the people management responsibility for the 21 employed in the prior Aalborg Portland it-department. After that I was promoted to Account Manager for Responsors engagement with Storebaelt A/S. In this responsibility was the people management for 8 employed split on three locations and the responsible for the deliverables. I was placed on-site in Storebaelt A/S. In the years after I got responsibility for other clients. Some of the main tasks for the customers was a clean up, improvement in processes and quality in deliverables. I also had responsibility for ad-on sales. Alongside those tasks I also was planning and carrying out other transformation activities eg. implementing a common set of values for customer services throughout Responsor, setting up a leader education and other consolidation activities (Responsor was the mix of CMA-data and IBM's It-production center.

I began in IBM as a Systems programmer where I very quick went on to project manager for improvement and upgrading projects for IBM-production center.
