During my years as a Service Delivery Manager I have accomplice to create a strong governance around strategic customers. Likewise I have also managed to build awareness of the customer’s business inside the company to improve and maintain the business between the company and the customer and avoid customers move to another competitor.I have implemented automatic SLA measurement reports and other IT reports and by that being able to get management attention to improve service delivered by the company, not only to my customer but also towards other customers. As my role at Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) person for some of our major strategic customers, it important to me to improve the communication between IT, business and the customer. This I have done by being the lead in different governance meetings by that communicate correct information to the customers. This has reduced Mean Time To Recover for customers by simply focusing on getting the right information to our customers. I have during my career produced many Operation Procedure Manuals (OPM) to clarify procedures between the customer and the company how to react in our daily work together and afterwards trained all organization level in the contents. I was because of my skills and the right attitude appointed interim manager for a period of 6 month during the absence of our manager. That including managing Service Delivery Managers across the entire Nordic region. For the same reason I was pointed out as a manager for an external helpdesk in my previous job with a Strategic customers.My always positive approach brings a good work environment among my colleagues to improve the cooperation in the company I work in. By this I have being contributing to another of my company’s focus area of working climate inside the company.
