• Responsible for New Airtel Money Digital Products Build differentiating Airtel Money from competitors.• Lead Loans, Savings, International Remittance, Insurance sign-up (execute new potential partners) & innovation road map to drive increase in business.• Develop strong relationship with customers ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer experience on key touch points (USSD /APP /WEB) for accessing the digital products • Lead and maintaining a positive direct relationship with business partners Customers, Vendors and Government Agencies to support the achievement strategic objectives• Lead and drive engagement with the multi-level, cross-functional stakeholders – Airtel Group, Airtel Tanzania, Airtel Business to strengthen commercial and financial analysis in roadmap decision and implementing consumer & enterprise products & enablers.• Technical Consulting to Commercial Products Portal Builds, Work closely with IT team to implement the new partner projects, ensure 3rd parties are well supported in case of incident continuous alignment of IT actions with Business Imperatives • Ensure partner(s) develop and target IT capabilities towards high impact business initiatives• Develop the respective business cases required for approval and the delivery of new products and services for the consumer/ enterprise segment.• Ensure delivery of all financial targets including revenue & margin. Represent Airtel’s position and vision in Tanzania Corporate and Emerging market communities.• Up selling and drive uptake of New Services

Tanzania

• Responsible for championing and overseeing the crafting of Airtel money Credit, Savings and Remittances consumer product innovation road map, ensuring the development and testing related products and services that can be successfully marketed to consumers hence differentiating Airtel from competitors.• Responsible for coordinating with compliance team and ensuring the compliance for Remittance, Savings and Credit Business Partners within the organization.• Responsible for Relationship Management in international remittance, Savings and Credit business and local partner projects• Contact point for partner to receive feedback, resolve issues and propose better solution for future process. • Technical Consulting to Remittance Credit & Savings, Work closely with IT team to implement the new partner projects, ensure support in case of incident, continuous alignment of IT actions with Business Imperatives • Identify and expand of new corridors for both outward and inward remittances • Work closely with partners to execute effective marketing strategy • Keep track on daily report and escalate critical issues/suspects to relevant stakeholders

• Increasing Airtel Money company customer’s revenue using segmented marketing approach (cross selling and upselling products per average revenue of a customer) / Analyze subs behavior in every ARPU segment • Responsible for designing the product proposition to grow usage & revenue• Churn management• Competition Benchmarking• Member of the core product & innovation team to drive new initiatives, Value added products & services being launched by the company• Campaign management: Development of creative, highly-targeted campaign offers within the customer life cycle to drive acquisition, retention and usage stimulation based on customer insights and ensure optimum campaign effectiveness• Drive continuous analysis of Subscriber behavior, location wise, Contribution to revenue, and activity.• Adaptation of different communication mode and message engineering (End of call Notifications, other Pop Ups, CLM Campaign, Digital Targeted Ads, SMS and Eskimi, WhatsApp).• Coordination with CFT to get the product, Program and communication Lunch
