I am an Administrative Assistant at Move On Afrika, a humanitarian and social development organization that works with communities in Africa to improve their quality of life. I provide crucial support to the office, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. I also organize information, optimize workflows, and implement efficient systems to enhance productivity.In addition to my administrative duties, I have been involved in various research projects as a Program Assistant since January 2022. I conduct desk research, data collection, data entry and synthesis, and report writing, using different tools and methods, such as ONA and FGD moderation. I have also completed a Data Analytics course at Sonek Data School in March 2024, which enhanced my skills in data visualization and presentation. I have a passion for making a positive impact in the communities I serve, and I aspire to pursue further studies and career opportunities in the field of humanitarian and social development. I have a B.Sc. degree in Community Resource Management from Kenyatta University, and a four-month internship experience at Umande Trust, a community-based water and sanitation NGO.
