Accountable for the leadership, development and direction of the 15 PMI chapters in Brazil. As a chapter partner, work on developing the chapters' strategy and operational plans to serve chapter leaders and empower them to turn their ideas into reality and deliver value to the chapter members. In the past seven yeas with PMI, has served as a chapter administrator for the entire region of Latin America, and became Chapter Partner for Brazil to achieve a great value, culture relevance and engage outcomes for the Brazilian project management community. She has facilitated presentations nationwide to spread the importance of project management, co-led the presence of TED in Latin America and recently has established a relationship and partnership with the Brazilian Army and is expending to the other government sectors.

In this role one of the core areas is the operations, marketing, events, or member/community management. In this role I also oversee building valuable partnerships while managing people. Soft skills is fundamental when working in a community to deliver value.
