For more than two decades, Hellen Davis has been a successful and innovative entrepreneur. Hellen started in the Computer Science field, working for a large consulting and coding organization. As a result of an assignment, she was drawn to sales management in the financial services arena. Later, her salesmanship, consulting experience, entrepreneurial skills, and computer science skills resulted in the creation of Indaba Global. As her book of business grew, her clients asked her to turn her educational, coaching, and consulting materials into eLearning courses focused on Executive Development, Sales Training, and Personal Development. Hellen believes that a blending learning approach works best. Participants incorporate assessments, coaching, eLearning and experiential activities while they grow. The Indaba Global platform is a provider of all these; including being the premier content provider and publisher of various DISC assessments. DISCflex reports and targeted eLearning provide personalized coaching information to help people dial-up and down (flexing) their natural behavioral factors for a multitude of situations which is an invaluable skill. Teachers and Professors across the globe use DISC in the Classroom to help their students improve their soft skills. Many businesses and coaches use the DISC Assessment tool for personal and professional development workshops and coaching sessions. Over the years Indaba has worked with executives and leaders from small mom and pop business owners to large Fortune 100 corporations. Hellen has also written many books including the bestseller, 21 Laws of Influence. She resides in St. Petersburg, Florida but travels extensively all over the world. Hellen has two wonderful children, Justin and Jazmin, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis, riding her bike, walking in remote places of the world, reading voraciously, writing, cooking, and is accomplished in creating stained glass.
