Trybe introduced me to technology, and ever since, my passion for web development has grown with each new project I undertake.Throughout my journey, I had initially pursued a career as an Air Force pilot through competitive exams because I wanted to make a positive impact on people's lives through volunteer work. However, when I discovered Trybe, I decided to change my path and entered the field of technology while still striving for the same ideal. I realized that technology brings people together, fosters collaboration, and creates a sense of belonging that attracts many, including myself. I firmly believe in the transformative power that technology can have on people's lives.I completed the Trybe program as a dedicated student, where I learned and worked on individual and group projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Automated Testing (RTL, JEST, and MOCHA), MySQL, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, GIT, and GITHUB. Additionally, I gained knowledge in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.I also had the opportunity to be part of Trybe's Instructional Summer Program, where I served as a monitor. This experience greatly helped me develop my communication and collaboration skills.Currently, I work in web and mobile development using various stacks and technologies, including TypeScript, MongoDB, React, React Native, NestJS, NextJS, Styled Components, among others.You can find my GitHub profile here: https://github.com/hellenribas.
