Member of UN team conducting a review of Uganda’s refugee policy. The review formed the basis of Uganda’s new approach to development assistance for refugee hosting areas. Based on fact-finding missions to West-Nile and South Sudan, developed programmes for new intervention areas. Funding from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs acquired. Show less
