STRONG TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL TRACK RECORDWith more than 30 years of broad international experience in the chemistry & biotechnology industry, I excel in translating opportunities or problems into actionable project plans as well as structuring the process and solving the dilemmas towards successful project completion. My project experience falls within two themes:THEME 1: BUSINESS & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Technically as R&D Manager & VP at Hempel and Dyrup and commercially as a business development manager at Novozymes. In these capacities, I have driven many innovation projects in their full lifecycle from initiation to commercial launch. THEME 2: IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS As an independent consultant, where I had focus on new chemical legislation (REACH), and I worked with the industry associations to prepare 50+ companies for its enforcement. And when heading up a small sustainability team in Novozymes, where we supported and challenged the organization in their continuous improvement on new triple-bottom-line requirements from customers and investors. COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL TRAINING I have a MSc and Ph.D. in technical chemistry combined with a General Management program at INSEAD.STRONG PERSONALITYI am energetic and goal oriented.
