About Helle Frederiksen
I am a former Professional Triathlete, World Champion, Olympian, 10 x IRONMAN 70.3 Champion and Author of my autobiography "The Pursuit Of Victory". I have a deep passion for human physiology, performance, and nutrition. Prior to my 10-year career as a professional Triathlete, I obtained my Master's Degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Copenhagen, before declining a Ph.D. study to pursue my ambitions of becoming one of the best athletes in the world. Following my retirement from professional racing in August of 2019, I have become deeply immersed on the other side of the sporting fence. I am a performance coach and advisor to ambitious athletes, from beginner to elite. I am the co-founder of Danish deep-tech start-up Kollektiv and a consultant to sport and health-focused consumer brands.I'm driven by success both in sport and every day life.
