I lead a team of four fantastic people, who are super-skilled within communication and marketing. Together we merge the efforts of both comms and marketing to tell the best stories about Coor and how we stand our as a facility management-company. We are also responsible for internal communication with focus on creating pride and an open, honest and positive culture for real employees ;-)

Head of Communications in the Danish part of COOR. Main purpose: To strengthen the external and internal communication and give COOR a strong position in the media landscabe. Some key achievements so far: - New external comms strategy- 10 procent rise in media coverage (measured in readers and share of voice compared quarterly)- SoMe ambassador-team creates increased visibility on social media. - Internal communications survey has strengthened the internal communication and changed the use of channels - Crisis communication about corona, both internal, external and to customers. The latter is now used in Coor in general. - Launching Instagram-profile for FOOD by Coor. - Improving communication in offers to the market. - Manager for one employee who do graphic work, pictures, SoMe, statistics e.g. See link below for examples of my work.

I worked with media and press, preparing key messages and engaging in dialogue to support the main strategic focus of TDC Group. I primarely made press releases about our CSR strategy, with the result that we had a rise of 50 pct in ours press score when it came to coverage of CSR: I worked as advisor and Communications partner to all business units in TDC Group, supporting them with primarily internal communications. I used Workplace by Facebook and advised management on how to communicate on new digital platforms with a human perspective. Planning internal communication campaigns in dialogue with business partners. Developing communication strategies and communication plans. Writing articles and newsletters. Cross-media editing af content for different platforms and media. External communication – recruitment communication, job descriptions, web content, testimonials. Som ekstern journalist idéudviklede jeg artikler og skrev dem. Jeg rådgav om kommunikationsstrategi og sociale medier. Mine kunder var SIND, Velux, Journalistforbundet, Fysio Equipment, Aller og Capgemni Denmark.

Ekstern kommunikation - jeg skrev alle former for tekster som fx brochurer, web, kundebreve, og nyhedsbreve. Rådgivning – Jeg rådgav forretningen om, hvordan de kunne kommunikere med kunderne, å kunderne bedre kunne forstå deres pensionsordninger.

Ekstern kommunikation - jeg var en af de drivende kræfter i projekt Kundekommunikation, hvor vi reviderede, gennemskrev og testede kundekommunikationen. Rådgivning – jeg rådgav forretningen om kundekommunikation og forståelighed. Intern kommunikation – jeg var redaktør på det interne medarbejderblad, skrev artikler til intranettet.
