Main purpose: To strengthen the external and internal communication and give COOR a strong position in the media landscabe. Some key achievements so far: - New external comms strategy- 10 procent rise in media coverage (measured in readers and share of voice compared quarterly)- SoMe ambassador-team creates increased visibility on social media. - Internal communications survey has strengthened the internal communication and changed the use of channels - Crisis communication about corona, both internal, external and to customers. Communications PartnerTdc Sep 2016 - Mar 2019CopenhagenI worked with media and press, preparing key messages and engaging in dialogue to support the main strategic focus of TDC Group. I primarely made press releases about our CSR strategy, with the result that we had a rise of 50 pct in ours press score when it came to coverage of CSR: I worked as advisor and Communications partner to all business units in TDC Group, supporting them with primarily internal communications. I used Workplace by Facebook and advised management on how to communicate on new digital platforms with a human perspective.
