Performed system administration and technical support duties during the extended absence of the System Administrator; coordinated with the Director of IT on required hardware and software solutions; created technical support documents for basic “how-to” information. Result: Company was able to continue to function on a daily basis without interruption in regards to their technical support needs. • Designed and implemented dynamic forms.
