With over eight years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and investment advisory, I am a CFA Charterholder and the Chief Financial Officer at Sustainable Property, a value-add commercial property fund with $155 million in assets. I lead all financial and investment aspects of the fund, including financial modelling and forecasting, transaction advisory, and strategy and governance review.Prior to joining Sustainable Property, I worked as a corporate finance consultant for various start-ups and SMEs, specializing in investor pitch decks and presentations for capital raising and project financing. I also spent two years in London as an independent consultant, working with PE-backed businesses and high net worth private clients across various industries. My passion is to help businesses and investors make informed and strategic decisions based on data and analysis.Outside of work, I am actively involved in the non-profit sector, serving as a board member and a vice chair of different committees for North Harbour Hockey Association and CFA Society of New Zealand. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Certificate in Languages in German from the University of Auckland. I enjoy field hockey, fitness, and following the Dallas Cowboys.
