Directing user experience initiatives across our largest revenue-generating products within BCG X Suites (MSP Catalyst Suite and Transformation Suite). I develop best product design practices while managing stakeholder engagements (Clients, Principals, Partners, & Senior Partners) throughout our global product business unit. Today we are actively working to build and foster a design culture that reflects the values of BCG. To do this, I work closely with product leadership and Senior Partners on culture, strategies, budgets, and road-maps to ensure our teams are able to deliver premium user-focused products to our case-teams and clients.

Directing internal and external (India) design and development teams; Directing the user experience and unifying the UI for all applications our team builds for our company’s employees; Work with CIO to provide creative direction on company’s ecosystem of applications, and how they would interact with one another on a UX level. Work closely with our Lead Application Developer to strategize digital product solutions to ensure applications are built to accomplish user requirements. Worked with CIO to create a strategic application development group within our organization (io.perkinswill.com). Present directly to CxOs on UX strategies, product planning and user research. Report directly to the CIO and CEO. In a Perkins+Will collaboration with Box.com and Cognizant, I am directing the UX design process for the creation of a client facing native application as well as an internal management web app that will be built on Box’s platform. I am overseeing multiple teams in the process to make sure the design is in line with user goals and company requirements. This app was presented live at BoxWorks 2016 as a part of the Keynote Address.
