Work with business users and IT engineers to define, prioritize, and translate business requirements to system enhancements to support and stabilize data transformations from SAP, JDE, and S4 going to SAP Master Data Governance and Central Finance in line with Agile methodologies.Develop, enhance, maintain, and resolve ETL processes, data transformation, and system integrations configured in applications SAP Landscape Transformation, and SAP Data Services and SAP Master Data Governance.

Collaborate with business users to resolve SAP Data Warehouse requests and issues based on defined service level agreements.Develop and test front-end and back-end SAP Data Warehouse system enhancements that align with the SAP change management process and Agile framework.

Investigate and resolve high-volume operational HR data consistency and replication issues involving various IT systems such as SAP ECC, JDE, MS Directory, Enterprise People Hub, SAP MDM, Microsoft Active Directory, and other company internal interfaces.Manage a team of Application Engineers, track and report the performance of the HR module, and attend to escalations from stakeholders by IT teams and HR business users.

Investigate and resolve Documentum requests and issues from access inquiries to technical issues like document versioning, search indexing, and corrupted files, in compliance to service level agreement.Conduct and participate in Root-Cause Analysis sessions in aid of improving Documentum operations, processes, and overall team and system reliability.
